When you submit an assessment request or contact form, we collect only what you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, property address, the service you need and your message.

Our website also records limited technical information with each submission — the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way encrypted value derived from your IP address. The encrypted value is used only to limit spam and automated submissions; it cannot be reversed back into your IP address.

We use your information to contact you about your roofing inquiry, schedule roof assessments, prepare estimates and perform the work you request.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing.

Submissions are stored in a private, access-restricted database. They are not publicly viewable and cannot be read from our website by visitors.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our website hosting and database provider — and where required by law. These providers may only use the information to provide services to RoofDry.

By providing a phone number you agree that RoofDry may contact you at that number about your request, including by text message where you have asked us to. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

If website analytics is enabled, our site may use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

We keep assessment requests for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete the work and meet our record-keeping obligations.
